BROTHER MFC-J5830DW DRIVERS – Brother MFC-J5830DW is an inkjet printer with scanning, copying, automatic document feed and integrated faxes. It works with both Windows and macOS. This printer is a wide format model that can print paper on 11×17, giving you the ability to create large images or spreadsheets. The main paper tray capacity is 250 sheets, and the size is generous.
For scanning, Brother MFC-J5830DW includes a flat message size that supports only a simple scan. MFC-J5830DW can connect to a computer via a USB cable, a local network via Ethernet or Wi-Fi. It can also be connected via a peer-to-peer connection directly to a compatible mobile device using Wi-Fi Direct.
Output quality
The output quality is very similar to Brother MFC-J6535DW, with excellent text for inkjet, graphics and images slightly less than par. The text should be good enough for most business purposes except for those that require an amazingly small font. The graphics are good enough for most of the internal business use, and it is possible for PowerPoint handouts, although it may not be for the person you are trying to impress with your professionalism.
Setting up The Printer
In general, the background looked a bit dimmer and noticed a mild attraction in some illustrations. With the image, the black image shows a slight shade of brown and there is some loss of detail in some bright areas. Most publications are about the quality of a pharmacy template. Some are a little worse. This is priced slightly lower than MFC-J6535DW, but while the model can copy, scan and fax up to a tabloid-sized page, Brother MFC-J5830DW is limited to font size, scan, and fax. Brother MFC-J5830DW is still a good choice for an all-in-one tabloid printer for a micro or home office if the price is modest and the cost goes the most important low.
